This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains the types of personal information collected and processed by Mobile Application PocketOne: AI Trading Bot ("App") and https://ed-station-inc.com/ ("Website") by users ("you", "your").

The the App and the Website is owned and operated by Edward 4 Education, Incorporated, a company, incorporated under the laws of the jurisdiction of Saint Lucia, having its registered address at: Maurice Manson Ave LC04-301 Castries, Saint Lucia, DUNS: 817042488 ("Company", "us", "our", "we").

"Parties" refers collectively to You and the Company.

By accessing the Website or using the App, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you must stop using the Website and App.

1. Definitions

9.1.2. You have not opted out of receiving marketing materials.

9.1.3. We require your explicit consent before sharing your Personal Data with third parties for marketing purposes.

15.1.3. Select Delete Account

15.1.4. Follow the confirmation steps

15.2. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed unless retention is required by law.

16.1. This Policy is governed by the laws of Saint Lucia.

16.2. Any legal action must be brought before the courts of this jurisdiction.

17.1. You may submit complaints to the competent data-protection authority in your country of residence or employment.
